Our work typically involves custom implementation, consulting and training. Services are quoted individually and agreed per project before work begins.
How refunds are assessed
Refunds depend on the work already started, the custom implementation delivered and the scope agreed in writing. Where significant work has been performed, that portion is generally non-refundable.
